Pour être échangé ou retourné, l'article doit toujours être muni de son étiquette d'origine. Celle-ci doit toujours être attachée à l'article.
L'article sera retourné dans un délai de maximum 14 jours à la date de la réception du colis. Passé ce délai, aucun remboursement ne sera permis.
L'article retourné ne doit pas avoir été porté, parfumé, présenté d'odeurs (exemple cigarette) ou encore présenté des poils d'animaux (par exemple).
Aucun défaut ne doit être présent sur l'article retourné. Celui-ci aura été minutieusement vérifié avant l'envoi.
Les frais de retour seront totalement à la charge du client.

Les articles soldés, prix ronds ou en promotion ne seront ni repris, ni échangés, ni remboursés.
